Everyman

Everyman is redefining cinema. Gorgeous, luxury surroundings set Everyman apart from your typical cinema. They create a warm, friendly atmosphere and also provide an excellent food and drink selection. Enjoy a glass of red wine and a freshly made pizza in your seat whilst you watch the latest release or an old favourite on a special screening.

 

The Challenge

When you are looking for a site for a new cinema, size matters. What’s more, when you’re looking for a space for an Everyman cinema, location is paramount too. It’s essential that the venue’s position attracts customers who value quality and the finer things in life. The properties need to have both the space and height to accommodate at least 2 screens along with the lobby, kitchen, bar area and rest rooms. Everyman have venues ranging from beautiful old cinemas that they have renovated and brought back to life, to new, cutting-edge modern developments. Each space is unique.

Our Insight

Using our Location Analysis tool has been vital in the process of finding spaces for Everyman. By looking at specific demographics in key areas and carrying out competitor analysis, we have been able to bring exceptional venues to the fore. We utilise a wide range of historical building, local authority contacts and other networks to access opportunities and, ultimately, find hidden gems that are the perfect fit.

The Outcome

Our MD has taken the role of Non-Exec Property Director for Everyman. He works within the company, ensuring that the management of acquisitions and the associated professional and legal teams is seamless. Reporting directly to the board, Insight are an integral part of the company’s structure and instrumental in ensuring they achieve their forecasted results for their investors. We have sourced and secured a wide range of properties for the Everyman estate, helping the company to grow and prosper. By carrying out extensive location research, each cinema site has been carefully selected to ensure that the surrounding demographic are engaged and of the right criteria to give the cinema every chance of success.
