Frame venues are definitely not run of the mill. They need to appeal to the Frame target audience from the moment they set eyes on it. The desire to be part of the Frame family needs to be generated from the get-go.
From office blocks to railway arches to disused churches, Frame’s sites need to be flexible enough to house a variety of studios for dance, workout and relaxation. On top of that, there needs to be space for the Frame Fuel café and retail space for the boutique, and of course, changing rooms. Being London based up to now, space and rentals have always been at a premium. With a minimum size requirement of 3,000 sq feet to incorporate the various spaces, sourcing the perfect premises for the team is real challenge.

We had two options – either we found properties that were not yet on the market or, we found properties that, at first glance, may not have seemed like the glamourous, top-end sites that were desired. By utilising our professional network, our many years of experience in the London property market and our ability to look beyond first impression, we could bring great opportunities to the table that were in the right location, reached the right demographic and most importantly, hit the right budget to ensure swift ROI.
We have delivered on our promise and given Frame outstanding properties that fitted their brief – and then some. Their fabulous Fitzrovia flagship, just one of the properties we have delivered, is a perfect example of where our industry know-how has ensured our clients were able to secure an amazing space right in the centre of London.
We continue to work with Frame to secure further locations.
We teamed up with Loungers to help them introduce their offbeat, food-focussed café-bars to cities all across the UK, seeking quirky properties that suited the image that they wanted to create.
