Moving from a primarily e-commerce model to having a physical store presence is a big move for any company. Ascertaining where the best locations for your brand are is absolutely vital; without that all important perfect spot, the whole project could fall at the first hurdle. It’s a big undertaking for anyone.

We knew that being successful in finding the right property in the right location to showcase Nkuku was down to our research and location analysis. By looking at Nkuku’s existing customer base, we were able to build a picture of the demographic we were looking for to enable us to pinpoint towns that fitted the bill. The building itself needed to also have the right look and feel to ensure that Nkuku’s unique products could show themselves to their full advantage.
